1:ORDERS
Orders are subject to availability. Each pair is unique with it's own colors, lengths, and style. Pairs can be recreated, although it will be a look-a-like, there are no true replicas in this art. Earrings can be ordered from what is available at that time, or custom orders can be created. If you have sensitivities to particular metals, please feel free to send me a message. I have many stones available, if you have a favorite stone or would like a birth stone added into a pair, I can do that.
Custom Orders are available. Color, length, and fullness preferences are needed for all custom orders. Custom orders with particular stones are available. If you would like a style with any customization, feel free to use the contact page to email me.
2:SHIPPING
Shipping available USA. Shipping costs are determined at purchase. Most shipping costs are a flat fee. Shipping costs are subject to change depending on how far shipping address is located. For questions about shipping, please email sustaininglove@gmail.com.
3:GIFT SHIPPING
If this item is a gift, gift shipping is available. My wrapping isn't very sophisticated but I will make sure to send out a pretty package with handwritten stone properties included. If you give me a little information about the person receiving the gift, I can attune my artistic abilities to create a personalized and intentional piece.
4:RETURNS
Returns are available. Return fees may apply to help cover shipping costs. If an earring is lost or damaged, remakes can be created. Color and lengths may vary due to available feather stock. Remake costs will be decided based on the style, color, and length needing to be remade. I am willing to be flexible with orders if they are not what you were hoping to expect, or if the style just won't work for you. Keep in mind, I am a one person, small business.
